Our Monday night Featured Chats are becoming very popular. To keep things in some sort of control in a crowded chatroom we need to ask that the following rules be followed during those chats with a guest expert.

1. Once the host announces the chat has begun, there is to be no general conversation going on in the room. Save it for after chat. If you are coming in after the chat has begun, simply come in and sit quietly. DO NOT say hello to all your friends!

2. Type a "?" if you have a question and wait until you are called on by the host to ask that question. DO NOT type your question until you are called on! Any question asked by someone other than the person the host has called on will NOT be answered by our expert and you will be warned via a private message. The second infraction of this rule will result in the person being kicked from the chatroom by the host. It is just too confusing when everyone is throwing out questions.

3. Be polite and courteous to the guest speaker. They are doing this as a volunteer and are not getting paid for their time, let's make them feel welcomed and appreciated. We do want them to come back!

4. Please keep your question focused on the topic being discussed.

5. Don't panic if you do not get to ask your question. You can ask any of our expert advisors a question from our Expert Advice page.

Remember, these rules only apply to the Monday night chats when we have a guest speaker present.
