Sometimes just making it through the day can be hard. Between work, kids, spouses, and stress a healthy person can find themselves sinking into a depression. When you also add the pain, frustration, medications, doctor visits, tests and everything else that goes along with having a chronic illness - life becomes even harder.

There are great resources on the internet - use them to educate yourself about depression - the warning signs, treatments, etc. Don't hesitate to ask for help - if you're feeling overwhelmed - talk to your doctor, you're not alone and he can help.
